a defined "video workflow" (efficient process for making videos)

This program includes the following:

Access to 4 Work Sessions per week
- These (optional) sessions will help you get your videos done! You will WORK 💪 in these sessions - either taking on-demand trainings, recording your videos, or distributing your edited videos. An instructor will be present to provide guidance as needed too.

Video editing** for 9 Video Recipes you create during the 6 weeks. We will do the following to the footage you provide:
- Eliminate mistakes
- Zoom in and out of the footage (at times) to make it dynamic
- Add text graphics (your name and captions)
- Add b-roll footage (3-5 video clips or images related to your topic)
- Add background music
- One round of additional editing revisions is included (if needed).

- Detailed instructions for creating each video
- Example videos you can mimic
- Social media post verbiage for each video

Accountability. We will text 📲 you weekly about your progress to keep you on track

On-Demand Trainings.* Watch training (as needed) that will help you create a good video strategy 🎯 and complete your video projects

One-time payment.

*You will have access to the Video Sprint resources (i.e. Video Recipe catalog and select trainings) for the next 12 months. You will need to ACTIVATE and use your 6-week Video Sprint within that 12-month period. Once you enroll, you will get instructions for activating your Sprint when you are ready to do so.

**We will only edit video footage given to us DURING your 6-week Video Sprint program (which starts as soon as your ACTIVATE your Sprint). This keeps you accountable to making videos during the Sprint.
