Video Recipes give you all the ingredients you need to make a specific video!

Each Video Recipe includes a video script (of course)... but also other important information.  You'll get step-by-step instructions on how to make the video, sourced assets (i.e. images, b-roll footage, etc) and post copy you can use when distributing it.

We also make an example video to go along with each Recipe. You can take this example and rip it off. Copy the voice inflection, mannerisms and visual "hooks" we use!

Ultimately, Video Recipes make video creation FAST and EFFICIENT. Each Video Recipe takes 10-15 minutes (or less) to record!

Each week, you'll choose from 4 live group "Work Sessions." Attend at least one session or all 4 if you need more time to finish your tasks. You CAN skip the sessions IF you prefer to do the Sprint work in your own time.

You will WORK in these sessions - either taking on-demand trainings, recording your videos or distributing your edited videos. We will provide guidance on what to do and video scripts.

ACCOUNTABILITY is part of this program. We will TEXT you, if you are not submitting videos to us, to check in and remind you to show up to Work Sessions (to get back on track).

This is the current schedule for our weekly Work Sessions:

• Mondays at 11am PST, 1pm CST, 2pm EST
• Tuesdays at 12pm PST, 2pm CST, 3pm EST
• Wednesdays at 2pm PST, 4pm CST, 5pm EST
• Thursdays at 1pm PST, 3pm CST, 4pm EST

We will take your video footage and do the following:

• "Clean" the footage (ex: eliminate mistakes and adjust the coloring/audio to improve it)
• Add text graphics (ex: your name and captions)
• Zoom in and out of the footage (at times) to make it dynamic
• Add b-roll footage (2-4 video clips or images related to your topic)
• Add background music

Plus, one round of additional editing revisions is included (if needed).

You will get a final MP4 video file from our editors (that you can download, use and keep) once the editing is completed.

*NOTE: We will only edit video footage given to us DURING your 6-week program. This keeps you accountable to making videos during the Video Sprint.

You'll get the edited version of your video within 7 days of sending us the footage. If revisions are needed, please give us an additional few days.

That being said, in most cases, we edit videos pretty fast (within 48-72 hours of getting the footage).

Yes! You can purchase a Video Sprint now and then start the 6-week program days, weeks, or even months later. 

After purchasing, just email us (at [email protected]) to let us know you plan to delay starting the program.

We will start your onboarding process for the program when you are ready and the 6-week program will begin then.

Just don't wait (or procrastinate) too long... since making videos for your business is REALLY IMPORTANT! We get that things come up in life, but we want to make sure you're making video a priority too.

Absolutely! We are a school first and foremost.

You will get access to some of our BEST on-demand trainings that will teach you about:

• video fundamentals (ex: lighting, audio, framing, backgrounds, etc)
• recording quality footage with a phone or webcam
• using a teleprompter
• transferring video files

You can watch these trainings during the Work Sessions or on your own time (as needed).
